1. WHOLESALE FRAMEWORKS
Food Supply Log LLP operates strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) trade platform. All product sales, spot deals, and catalog inquiries represent commercial transactions. We do not distribute products directly to retail individual end-consumers. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all quotes.
2. INCOTERMS & DELIVERIES
Trade quotes are drafted under ICC Incoterms (specifically FOB, CIF, or CFR). Our responsibility for the shipment transfer aligns strictly with the Incoterm specified in the commercial sales contract. Cold chain preservation and temperature parameters are guaranteed until the transfer point.
3. JURISDICTION
Any disputes, claims, or contract issues arising from trades conducted with Food Supply Log LLP are subject strictly to the laws and courts of England and Wales.
