1. CARGO INSPECTION ON DISCHARGE
As a wholesale commercial broker, Food Supply Log LLP guarantees that all shipments leave dispatch depots in Grade-A condition with complete veterinary and health compliance certificates. Upon arrival at the destination port or distribution center, the buyer must perform an immediate inspection of the cold chain seals and temperature recorders.
2. FILING QUALITY CLAIMS
Any claims regarding product quality, temperature deviation, or packing damage must be filed in writing within 48 hours of cargo discharge. Claims must be supported by an official independent surveyor report, temperature log recordings, and high-resolution visual evidence of the defects.
3. RESOLUTION AND REFUNDS
Once a survey report is validated by our insurance and compliance underwriters, Food Supply Log LLP will initiate cargo replacements or issue a credit note refund within 5 business days, ensuring our buyers are fully protected.
